About John Mejia & Company

John Mejia is an entrepreneur who had to learn the hard way that people are the greatest asset a business could tap into. (Every other bell & whistle are pretty to look at, but without the right people they mean nothing).

Through a series of unfortunate events, hard-won lessons, and battles, he learned the best way to reposition a brand is by leveraging key people and/or their resources, i.e., in the form of awesome partnerships, networking, private/white labeling, distribution networks, licensing, assets, OPM, etc.

He started his career as an aspiring copywriter that eventually lead to a media buyer position at an up and coming ecommerce marketing agency (which won Agency of The Year Award by DigitalMarketer) and an apprenticeship by the ex-CMO and ex-VP of Marketing for Aweber and Ebay Enterprises respectively.

Today, John leads Hive Digital Media Consultancy, spearheading projects by leveraging a broad network of partners and fulfillment/service providers.
